Well then send your ladies onto fondles blog where we are gearing up for FFF (Fit For Friday).
Participants will set up their goals and then track their progress on their own blogs each and every Friday.
- To exercise each day...(J has informed me that cleaning the house doesn't count as a workout)
- To resist starchy carbs ...(which will get me spanked if I eat them... and yes, J has put his foot down on this one... and threatened the newly purchased paddle which has been reserved for major offenses only! I haven't gone there yet and I really don't want to!)
- To track my progress each Friday (or when I get b****y because I can't take the look/ smell of said carbs anymore and my attitude is on the verge of getting me spanked)
- To lose the last 14 pounds of baby weight in time for beach season.
