Fit For Friday (FFF Post)




Hey all you  Doms (AKA Tops)...


Do you have a spankable bottom??





Do you wish your bottom's bottom was a bit more spankable??

Well then send your ladies onto fondles blog where we are gearing up for FFF (Fit For Friday).
Participants will set up their goals and then track their progress on their own blogs each and every Friday.



My Goals:

  1. To exercise each day...(J has informed me that cleaning the house doesn't count as a workout)

  1. To resist starchy carbs ...(which will get me spanked if I eat them... and yes, J has put his foot down on this one... and threatened the newly purchased paddle which has been reserved for major offenses only! I haven't gone there yet and I really don't want to!)
  2. To track my progress each Friday (or when I get b****y because I can't take the look/ smell of said carbs anymore and my attitude is on the verge of getting me spanked)
  3. To lose the last 14 pounds of baby weight in time for beach season.

    Glad you are joining us :) Those are great goals. I was actually doing some of those butt exercises, but for the hip not butt lol. Hmm, maybe I should include these again :)

    1. Yes, and I didn't realize it was suppose to start on Friday- duh! It seemed everyone was starting during the week and I didn't want to be late so there you go, lol...

  4. You know it is funny, exercise is one area I told B I didn't want his help in- ever. For me personally it has to come from within- or I resent him. He's been in control of my food intake ( in varying forms) for a long time. Oddly that doesn't bother me. Perhaps because he doesn't exercise! lol

    1. Oh, I could totally resent J for this. I absolutely hate exercise. Well, mostly anyway. He is pushing it more though so I don't think I can put it off much longer.

  5. Woo hoo! Great goals and I loved the video. I need 1200 more steps today to hit 10,000. Eric isn't home until the 17th so I've got to be good all by myself - glad I have you bloggers to keep me on track!
